Financial planning and investment advice provided to clients under a signed investment advisory agreement, after risk profiling and a suitability assessment. Advisory is fee-only: we receive no commission or consideration from any product manufacturer or distributor in respect of the advice we give.

Research reports, ratings and recommendations on securities, issued with the disclosures required by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Research is general in nature and does not account for the objectives or circumstances of any particular recipient.

What sits outside these registrations

Free tools on this website, including the Armor Score, scenario projections and calculators, are educational, are generated from the inputs you provide, and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation. Account aggregation is carried out through RBI-regulated Account Aggregators with your explicit consent. Armor does not execute trades on a discretionary basis, does not hold client funds or securities, and does not offer portfolio management services.

Your rights as an investor

Advice that is appropriate to your risk profile, financial situation and stated objectives, and nothing else.
Full, upfront disclosure of fees before any amount is charged, and no hidden or contingent charges.
Disclosure of any conflict of interest, including any consideration we receive from a third party.
Confidentiality of your personal and financial information, except where disclosure is required by law or by you.
A copy of the signed investment advisory agreement, the risk-profiling outcome, and the basis of every recommendation.
The right to terminate the advisory relationship at any time, and to receive your records on request.
Timely acknowledgement and redressal of grievances, with a clear route to escalate to SEBI.

Our obligations to you

Act in a fiduciary capacity and place your interest ahead of our own at all times.
Assess your risk profile before advising, and reassess it at least once every 12 months.
Maintain records of advice and its rationale, and make them available to you on request.
Segregate advisory activity from any distribution activity, and disclose the separation.
Redress grievances within the timelines published below.

Verify our SEBI registration numbers on the SEBI register before you engage us.
Insist on a written advisory agreement and read it, including the fee schedule, before signing.
Pay fees only to the registered entity's bank account, and always against an invoice.
Share complete and accurate information. Advice is only as good as the risk profile behind it.
Keep a record of the advice you receive and the transactions you make on it.

Don’t

Do not deal with an unregistered entity, or with anyone offering assured or guaranteed returns.
Do not share passwords, OTPs, PINs or trading credentials with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Armor.
Do not pay fees in cash, or to any personal account of an employee or associate.
Do not act on tips circulated on social media, messaging groups or unsolicited calls.

Step 1. Write to our Compliance Officer

Step 2. SEBI SCORES

If your complaint is not resolved within 21 calendar days, or you are not satisfied with the resolution, lodge it on SEBI’s SCORES portal. SCORES tracks the complaint to closure and holds us to SEBI’s timelines. scores.sebi.gov.in

Step 3. Online dispute resolution

If the dispute remains unresolved after the above, you may initiate conciliation and, if required, arbitration through the SEBI-recognised Online Dispute Resolution portal. smartodr.in

Conflicts of interest and how we manage them

We are fee-only for advisory

Armor's investment advisory service is compensated solely by fees paid by the client. We do not accept commission, brokerage, trail or any other consideration from any product manufacturer, AMC, insurer or distributor in respect of advice given.

Research is separated from advice

Research reports issued under our Research Analyst registration carry their own disclosures, including any holding or financial interest in the subject security held by the entity, the research analyst, or their relatives, as required by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

No proprietary product bias

Armor does not manufacture financial products. Recommendations are generated by a documented quantitative process, and the basis of every recommendation is available to the client.

Automated advice, human accountability

Parts of our advice are generated with automated and AI-assisted tools operating under a documented process supervised by the Principal Officer. Automation does not dilute our fiduciary obligation, and the Principal Officer remains accountable for the advice rendered.
